DeVergilio (Samuels), Roxanne - I married for the first time in 2003. Scott is great and it was worth the wait! One of the nice things about my job is that every so often a former LHS teracher will send in his/her membership renewal along with a note for me. (Mr. Conway's favorite show is America's Test Kitchen). Siince our last reunion, I got married making me perhaps the oldest first-time bride. We don't have children, but enjoy spoiling our 80 lb. lab mix.

I was diagnosed with MS in 1997 and was told that I've had it since the mid 70's, so I'm a little slower with a little swagger in my walk. My family all moved to Texas and Donna's parents have both died, as has my father. So I haven't been back to St. Louis in years.

Huber (Nussbaum), Mary - See Bryan Nussbaum

Kaiser Jr., Max - Executive Director of Kaiser Liturgical Arts Studio and Design & Memorialization Manager of Pohl & King Monument Co. Max's interest in Ecclesiastical and Public Arts also extends to historic preservation, restoration, and urban redevelopment, as well as the design and fabrication of stained glass windows in traditional and modern styles, as well as ecclesiatical and architectural fixtures in metal, stone, and wood. His services in the expert restoration and renovation of historic church buildings, houses of worship, and cemeteries is nationally recognized by Partners for Sacred Places (he is an advisory board member), the Landmarks Association of St. Louis (he is a member of the Historic Church Preservation Board), and national arts and monumentalist associations. Max is also a member of the Jefferson Barracks Chapel Association, as well as several historic preservation groups, including the National Trust. Recently Max wrote the script for the segment on "Public Arts and Statuary at the 1904 World's Fair" for the nationally syndicated film "The World's Greatest Fair". He is also on the W.B. Faherty Fellowship/Scholarship Board at St. Louis University, and is actively involved in planning for the redevelopment and restoration of the Chouteau's Landing Historic District in Downtown, St. Louis near historic St. Mary of Victories Church. Max continues to play occasional golf, sing in a choir, be an active "Toastmaster", and attend St. Louis Cardinal baseball games regularly.

Karl, Kevin - My last St. Louis residence was actually in Sunset Hills behind Growler's Pub (where everyone met?). Leaving St. Louis in the fall of 1998 I followed the trail west to an area called Steamboat, Nevada. It's beautiful mountain/high desert country located between Reno and Lake Tahoe along the Sierra-Nevada front range. I worked for a northern Nevada company on a one year contract in the dysfunctional world of slot machine design. I then tele-commuted for 2 competitors located in Chicago and Scottsdale, Az. While working from home certainly makes for a rather obscure existence, I still managed to co-produce the joy of my life, daughter Kenzie, in May of 2002. Having never been married you might ask "How did it happen?"...go ahead, my mother did. Well, if those isolated conditions tend to perpetuate certain human instincts, then I suppose comparing my mating ritual to a feral cat running loose at the Purina Pedigree Show COULD draw some interesting parallels. I left my cushy job in the beginning of 2004 so I could dedicate my time to Kenzie. We took a big financial hit with all of the trimmings, but you just can't replace those moments with anything. Now we're back on track in the practice of shameless self promotion. Freelancing from the home studio, offering advertising, marketing, and creative services to a variety of businesses and agencies. Are also having decent success marketing my personal work as fine art Giclees. Kenzie, myself (still single) and our 2 cattle dogs are pretty happy campers. www.kevinkarlstudio.com

From 2002-2003, I lost about 100 lbs. In March of 2004 I had a brain tumor removed. In October 2004 I began chemotherapy and completed it in September 2005. (I worked the entire time and took no sick days!). Today, the brain tumor is gone and my husband and I are living a healthy, happy, fulfilled life in Tulsa, Ok. Most of his family is in Hawaii, so of course we go whenever we can. It is more than a vacation spot, it is Paradise to me. Mizerany, Vince - From 76-81 I held a variety of jobs, working for my dad, worked at a car wash, various gas stations, a truck driver, and an assembler. During this time I went to adult classes at South County Tech for auto mechanics. On 06/21/81 (my "23rd" birthday) I got a job at Banner Tire as a Jr. Mechanic. In the fall of '83 I started my own business renting out video games to bars and pubs. I did this at night while working for Banner during the day. I was doing very well at this time working my way up to a Journeyman Mechanic at Banner until I got laid off on 08/05/87. Banner folded a month later. I took a job at a gas station again. It's now January 1988 and Banner Tire is dead and my video game business is dying. So I went to school full time at Basic Institute of Technology for electronics while surviving on my savings and the video games. I graduated 06/22/89 with a associated degree, and got a job at Mirex Corp. on 07/24/89 as a field copy machine tech. I ran into a few of my fellow graduates at some offices I went to. After 10 years of driving 100 miles a day in my own car, and never eating lunch, and going into bad neighborhoods I asked to be transferred into the shop as a shop tech. By this time Mirex had changed its name to IKON Office Solutions, and I was transferred to the shop on 11/16/99 and was given a raise. I've been a shop tech since. I like having the machines come to me instead of me going to them. I never got married and probably never will. I like my job and I am very happy with life. I have worked a wide variety of jobs in manufacturing, warehousing, sales, construction, mining, tunneling. I am currently a project manager for a drilled pier foundation company installing foundations for large heavy structures. You can't imagine my lack of excitement when I was transferred to Birmingham, Al. We were pleasantly surpised and decided to stay. Living in the South is different, but you can get used to it especially the weather. Most of my work is in Atlanta so I get plenty of big city exposure. It took me awhile as I have a chronic illness that I have endured for about 13 years. We do come back to St. Louis as often as possible to see the Cardinals.
